The Heartfelt Path: Experiencing Fall's Eclipses

Hello everyone, this is Whitney Will from StarHearth Astrology. Today, I’m thrilled to guide you through the transformative journey of the upcoming eclipse season this fall. Get ready to delve deep into the cosmic shifts and how they may impact our lives. Let's embrace this heartfelt path together.

As we step into the eclipse season, you might notice intense dreams, deeper conversations, and an inward pull reflecting on significant life themes. This sensation has been strong since the Virgo new moon on September 2nd. We are being carried by the undertow into a soulful period of beginnings and endings, where potential changes can manifest and move us forward into new iterations of our lives.

The Coming Eclipses

September 17: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

The first eclipse of this season is a lunar eclipse in Pisces on September 17th. This marks the beginning of a new eclipse cycle. This Pisces eclipse at 25 degrees is about touching into the deep feeling parts of yourself, with Neptune playing a significant role. Expect heightened intuition, potent dreams, and soulful reflections as Neptune in Pisces wraps up its journey before moving into Aries.

October 2: Solar Eclipse in Libra

The second eclipse is a solar eclipse in Libra on October 2nd. This will be our last Libra solar eclipse until the cycles return. This eclipse brings a new chapter by acknowledging the past and moving into something separate. With Mars in Cancer squaring this new moon, we are dealing with emotional resonances and challenges in taking different actions for a new harmony.

Navigating the Eclipse Portal

Between these two eclipses, we enter what astrologers call the dragon hole or bardo—a space where time seems to work differently. This is a powerful time for astrology readings, as intuitions or insights can bubble up, helping to address and move stuck or old stories.

Emotional and Collective Impact

The October 2nd solar eclipse touches on deep emotional themes because of its square to Mars in Cancer and conjunction with Mercury. Additionally, its grand water trine with Venus in Scorpio and Saturn in Pisces can feel both like a reorganization of our inner structures and a weight of despair. On a larger scale, this eclipse connects to significant global themes, including the ongoing conflicts such as those in Israel and Palestine.

Reflecting on Larger Cycles

This eclipse season helps us understand larger planetary cycles, such as Saturn and Neptune preparing to move into Aries and Pluto shifting into Aquarius. These transitions herald a new world collectively, with the eclipses acting as final snapshots and problem finders, pushing our social, diplomatic, and climate issues into new contexts.

In these potent times, remember to take care of yourself. You don't need to do all the work. Observing your inner life, your external circumstances, and your relationships while waiting for internal movements is a valid approach. When the time is right, you'll know.

Thank you for being here. Good luck with eclipse season, and if this journey feels potent, I’d love to work with you. Until next time, take care and embrace the heartfelt path.
